On the 16’th of December 2011, the Board Of Directors of Naval Shipyard Gdynia had a meeting with the representatives of the Indonesian Ministry of Defence: The Head of the Purchasing Department and the Head of a Tender Comitee Mr. Laksamana Pertama TNI Suryo Djati Prabowo. The delegation assisted the “Bumar” representants: Mr. Sławomir Smoliński and Mr. Grzegorz Przeradzki

Between the 6^th and 8^th of September 2011 the Naval Shipyard Gdynia Participated in the 16^th Baltexpo International Maritime Exhibition. Mentioned Exhibition is the main show of maritime sector which involves: shipbuilding, shipping and other maritime services.

The Shipyard on the separate stand presented civil offer in the area of new building,  modernization and reconstruction of the vessels and special craft.The Shipyard presented three models of vessels: Rescue Vessel SAR 3000, Cargo Vessel  Bajarkoy and Research Vessel Maria S.Merian

Naval Shipyard Gdynia  participated in the new edition of 19^th International Defence Industry Exhibition, taking place in Kielce from 5^th to 8^th of September 2011.

The Shipyard presented three models of the vessels and the console of the integrated communication system. During the exhibition our representatives held numerous business meetings concerning mutual co-operation.

Shipyard’s stall was visited by: Delegation of Vietnamese Ministry of Defence represented by Deputy Minister of Defence gen. Truong Quang Khanh, Delagation of Mozambique, Ministry of Defence of Ukraine Mrs. Mykhailo Yezhel and representatives from Indian Shipyard “Mazagon Dock Ltd.”

On the 7^th of July 2011 the board of directors and employees of Naval Shipyard Gdynia had an extraordinary meeting with the representatives of Maritime Search and Rescue Service: The  Director General Mr. Marek Długosz, The Main Specialist of the SAR Service investment Division Mr. Tadeusz Struk and the crews of the vessels:  m/s Pasat and m/s Orkan, recently built by Naval Shipyard Gdynia for Maritime Search and Rescue Service.
