  • The hull is entirely made of aluminium, with a single continuous main deck, the forecastle deck, with a flat transom at the stern and closed hangar for the rescue boat. 

  • The ship is propelled by means of the internal combustion engines operating thru gears on three shaft lines with two controllable pitch propellers and one with a fixed pitch.

  • The steering is provided by two under-hung stern rudders and bow thruster.

  • The hull is divided onto (6) six watertight compartments. On the forecastle deck there is   located two-storey superstructure made of aluminium.

Sea search and rescue ship. The main purpose of thevessel is conducting activities connected with the search and the rescue of human life at sea under all hydrological and meteorological conditions in the Baltic Sea and activities as an auxiliary vessel to combat threads and marine

Special Equipment:

 Rescue equipmnet of the ship consist of the following:

  • boat WEEDO 600FRB for rescue operations in difficult weather conditions

  • side rescue nets JANSON CRADLE for taking castaways with the use of a deck crane

  • three projectors 1000W for searching castaways

  • integrated system of 24-h observation at searching at the Sea

The   ship   is   provided   with  3   propellers and   engine   room   is divided   in   two independent compartments.

Combat Survivability

Vessel is equipped with opto-electronic system type TALON XR for searching,  detection and automatic following of castaways which are in the water.  Operation distance 30-1000 meters by the sea state 3-4B.

  • Gyrocompass with repeaters located in: wheelhouse, steering gear compartments and open bridge;

There   are   provided   two   12,7   mm   machine guns   and   two  stands  for  “GROM”  missile portable launchers. Machine guns are placed at aft end of forecastle deck PS and SB. 

Stands for missile launchers are placed at compass deck PS and SB. Separate store for machine guns, missile launcher, small arms, ammunition and missiles on forecastle deck is arranged. Store is equipped adequately to destination.
